Our technology has its origins in advanced aerodynamic modelling and design optimisation. Our innovations quite literally move the needle, delivering material reductions in the electrical energy consumption of supermarket display refrigeration. Our innovations are underpinned by world-class CFD capabilities, enabling us to bring new energy-saving technology to market quickly and efficiently.

We use Computational Fluid Dynamics to replicate every aspect of a supermarket fridge down to the minutest detail, and then interrogate the airflow and temperature characteristics throughout. For example, our CFD models demonstrate how Aerofoils quickly stop warm air ingress and cold air spill when a fridge door is opened.

Energy reduction is not the only story.

Our technology lowers and stabilises product temperatures throughout the refrigeration cabinet, eradicating hot-spots. This has a marked beneficial effect on food quality and shelf-life. Shoppers also enjoy a more comfortable environment due to the virtual elimination of cold air spill from the fridge, increasing their browsing and purchasing time in the aisles.
